Pre-portioned ingredients for two, four, or six people. Recipe card. The chef's playlist. Show up Saturday with knives and a clean kitchen.
The chef goes live. Eight households on video. They demonstrate, you cook in real time, ask questions in chat or unmute and shout.
Plate, sit down, raise a glass on camera with the other tables. The chef sticks around for 20 minutes. People stay longer than that.

Practical questions
You're going to be fine. The chef is leading you through it live and they're watching the chat. We pick recipes that scale to "I've never made this" — and you have seven other people on the call who are all in the same boat.
Pre-portioned proteins, produce, and any specialty ingredients you'd have to drive to three stores to find. You provide: oil, salt, pepper, garlic, onions, basic pantry staples. The recipe card lists exactly what's missing so you can shop Tuesday for Saturday.
Text the support line and we ship a replacement same-day if it's before Friday afternoon. After that, we credit your account for the full event cost — no questions, no receipts.
One seat = a kit for two people. Bring whoever you want; we don't track heads. Want to feed four? Add a second kit for $32 (raw ingredient cost only, no markup).
The recording is available for 7 days. The kit ingredients have a 5-day window once delivered. So you can cook Sunday or Monday using the recording — just not later than that.
Boulder and Fort Collins by end of summer. Bay Area, NYC, and LA on the roadmap for 2027. The bottleneck is kit-fulfillment partners; the live video works anywhere there's wifi.
